Residential Systems Engineer

The Residential Systems Engineer Service is designed to ensure that solution implemented in the customer environment continue to meet client expectations based on their functional, operational and business requirements. A Stoneworks engineer can be provided to monitor and control performance levels, schedules, storage requirements, archival policies, as well as ensure compliance with configuration management and change control obligations. On Site Review

As part of Stoneworks enterprise Operational Service offerings, the Site Review Service is designed to assist organizations who have already invested in a specific technology solution and who wish to assess the operational performance of that system. Each component of the specific solution is examined for proper installation, operation and performance. The results of the Site Review Service are documented and presented to the customer. An Action plan is created with the customer to address issues identified during the Site Review.

The Site Review Service is a current state analysis delivered by a qualified and experienced systems engineer who is mandated to ensure that the solution is optimized to meet business requirements. Performance levels, scheduling, and retention requirements are used to verify an efficient design.

New Release Upgrades

Stoneworks in partnership with IDS's professional services engineers deliver new release upgrade services for supported products. This upgrade process is designed to preserve existing data currently protected by the software system. The service upgrades core components as well as peripheral software modules, including software agents and specialized options implemented in conjunction with the core products. It retains system data and configuration data as well as the ability to access prior version processed data when supported by the software manufacturer. The completion of the new release upgrade is intended to deliver enhanced product functionality, performance and ease of operation, as well as additional compatibility with current technology devices and equipment. Customers may also leverage this service to enable additional functionality that was previously unavailable in the product version installed prior to the upgrade.
